The Dog and The Sparrow

Based on Grimm's "The Dog and The Sparrow".

A starved dog leaves his neglectful home when he meets a helpful sparrow. The dog accompanies the sparrow into town, where the sparrow retrieves bread and meat for the dog to eat. When they leave town, the dog becomes tired and the two decide to sleep on the road. A wagon comes down the road and despite the sparrow’s warnings, it runs over the dog, sending the sparrow on a vengeful mission.
